Private Lessons

A private lesson is the opportunity to take everything I’ve explored across decades of performing, recording, touring and teaching, and apply it directly to your playing.

My YouTube lessons, courses and catalogue of more than 20 instructional books have helped musicians around the world develop their technique, improvisation, harmony, ear training, transcription skills and approach to practice. But even the most detailed teaching material is still designed for a broad audience. You have to determine which concepts are relevant to you, identify what may be holding you back and work out how to incorporate the information into your own playing.

A one-on-one lesson is a significant step beyond that experience.
